How can I order?You can order easily using our online platform. When you find a product you need, you can add it to cart, login and go through the ordering process. After the order is ready, you will receive order summary to your email. Order summary will also be stored to your account.

Do you accept returns?No, only replacement of the product is possible under following circumstances: 1. Product is damaged in shipping. 2. Wrong product recieved or parts missing.

In what cases return is acceptable and what are the terms and conditions?Returns are only acceptable in following cases: 1. if return is filed before shipping of the product then full refund will be placed. 2. if return is filed after shipping of the product then 2% of the total bill amount will be charged. 3. if return is filed after the delivery of the product then the seal of the box must not be broken and 5% of the total amount will be charged and refund will be placed after we recieve the product back. If the seal of the product box is open then no return will be accepted.
